Earth-a-Sketch

Imagine the world as an Etch-a-Sketch.

At first, it is blank.

Then, a line is drawn,
and another,
then another.

Each line connects to the one before,
even if it goes in another direction,
or crosses the first.

More and more lines are drawn.
More and more is created.

Eventually,
you end up with the screen totally black,
completely full.

The entire creative potential of the space
has been exhausted.

You cannot create anything more,
the plane is maxed-out.

To make a new line,
you must draw it over the old,
repeating your creations
invisibly, fruitlessly.

SO,
if the world were an Etch-a-Sketch,
and we had filled the whole thing up,
SO MUCH,
that there was nothing left to create
and no place to create it,
what would God do,
to give us a fresh start?

He'd shake the fucker up.
